Just currently in China, 3 men are being prosecuted over killing a giant panda and selling its meat. As told on CNN News, Pandas are endangered, but many people see these creatures to be national treasure. According to the men, they had just been looking for the predator that killed their sheep. They explained to the reporters that they saw a large animal and killed it, there was a tree in the way and didn’t know it was a panda until after they had shot it. The police had searched the brothers house and had found parts of a skull and other things inside the home. I personally think this event effects the world because a bear is an endangered species and has no right to be killed, this also may effect people because they respect their prey and know that this is sad and not the right thing to do. This event effects me because personally I think they probably knew it was a panda and shot it on purpose, when it could have been any other animal that killed their sheep. This whole situation is in the wrong.
